Feature Description


The Owner Upgrade Campaign is a new AI-powered feature designed to help businesses proactively engage with their existing owner base. By applying filters to select specific owners, users can generate personalised email campaigns that match these owners with relevant stock currently available for sale. Campaigns can be sent directly via the system, or seamlessly integrated with CRM or the My Elite app. This feature streamlines outreach, enhances targeting precision, and supports smarter stock promotion strategies.

This feature functionality is only available in version 27.5 or later of EliteParks or EliteMarinas. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

EliteParks/EliteMarinas Licence

This feature requires you to have an environment with a licenced version of EliteParks or EliteMarina’s on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User Licence is required to be able to use this feature, you will also require the necessary permissions for the system.

EliteAI Licence Addition

The active EliteParks/EliteMarinas licence must include EliteAI.
