Feature Description

The Booking Upgrade feature introduces an intelligent, AI-driven enhancement to booking management, designed to help operators maximise occupancy and revenue. This functionality identifies upgrade opportunities within a specified time gap and presents them at the click of a button. Using attributes stored against  grades, the system curates guided emails tailored to each upgrade scenario, making communication with customers both efficient and personalised. These upgrade offers can be sent directly to customers and also appear as announcements within MyElite, the mobile app used for accessing booking information. By automating the identification and promotion of upgrade options, this feature supports proactive upselling, improves customer experience, and reduces manual effort for operational teams.
