Feature Description

The Bill to Customer Linking feature introduces a streamlined approach to managing invoicing across multiple customer relationships. This functionality allows users to link several customer records to a single designated ‘bill-to’ customer, ensuring that all related transactions and deals are consolidated into one invoice. This is particularly useful in scenarios where a single entity oversees multiple deals, but prefers centralised billing for simplicity and financial control. By reducing the need for duplicate invoicing and manual reconciliation, this feature enhances operational efficiency and supports clearer financial reporting. It also helps maintain consistency in customer communications and ensures that all charges are accurately attributed to the correct billing party.
