Private Sale Deal Enhancements

Feature Description

In Version 26, we've introduced several improvements to streamline and enhance the Private Sale Deal process. New setup options now allow for the automatic inclusion of Site Fee bands, General Rates bands, and the seller’s licence agreement. On the Private Sale record itself, users can now enter handover dates, as well as licence start and end dates. Additionally, site fee and general rates contributions can be recorded where applicable.

We’ve also added functionality to carry out key tasks directly from within the Private Sale, including recording closing meter reads, generating invoices for those readings, and raising disconnection charge invoices if required.

To support greater visibility, users can now easily access links to view any Open Maintenance jobs linked to the current deal, along with any unposted sales invoices or credit memos. This ensures all outstanding actions are reviewed and completed before the Private Sale is finalised.

This feature functionality is only available in version 25.3 or later of EliteParks or EliteMarinas. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.
