Paying Booking Invoices

Feature Description

Paying Booking Invoices allows users to manage and settle outstanding booking invoices directly from the Booking Card. Users can view all invoices associated with a booking, drill down into individual invoice details and take payment through Point of Sale without leaving the booking workflow.

The feature also supports the sale of additional Point of Sale items against fully paid bookings, enabling teams to quickly process extra purchases such as accessories, services, or add-ons while serving the customer.

By bringing invoice payment and additional sales activities into a single booking journey, teams can work more efficiently, reduce navigation between screens and provide a smoother customer experience.

Important

Partial payments are supported, and the system prevents overpayment. When a POS item is purchased from a fully paid booking, the zero-value booking line is automatically hidden.
