Feature Description
Invoice a Booking allows users to create an invoice directly from a booking payment. Viewing Booking Invoices gives users a way to see all invoices linked to a booking from the Booking Card. Together, these features make it easier to manage booking-related invoices without leaving the booking workflow.
🔷 ImportantThis feature functionality is only available in version 28.5 or later of EliteParks. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

Important
When receiving payment with the invoice method and no customer selected, the system can prompt the user to create the customer before posting the invoice.
Business Uses
Create invoices directly from bookings – Users can raise an invoice as part of the booking payment process, this can be managed as Invoice & Pay or via an Invoice POS payment method.
Auto-create customers when needed – If the customer is blank, the system can prompt users to create one during receipt of the payment.
Improve invoice visibility – Users can view booking invoices from the Booking Card, meaning you dont have to navigate to the customer first.
System/User Requirements
Requirement | Description |
Elite Licence | This feature requires you to have an environment with a licenced version of EliteParks/EliteMarinas on your tenant. |
Invoice Payment Method | This is set within Booking Management Setup and required to invoice and pay a booking payment. |
Customer Template | This is set within Booking Management Setup and is required if creating a customer during the process. |
Booking Card Permissions | Required to access Customer & Invoices from the Booking Card. |
