Hoseasons Dynamic Pricing Has Failed

Summary of the Issue

If Hoseasons Dynamic Pricing isn’t working, it’s usually because of a job queue problem or missing pricing data for the dates you’re searching. Let’s walk through how to get things back on track.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the Job Queue

    1. Go to the Job Queue Entries page.

    2. Filter for entries related to Hoseasons Dynamic Pricing (Report 9085569).

    3. Select the failed entry and click Restart.

    4. Check the log entries for detailed error messages.  

  2. No Pricing Details Available

    1. If you see an error like “There are no pricing details for the supplier code and holiday dates,” it means Hoseasons hasn’t set up pricing for that period.

    2. Go to the Hoseasons Dynamic Pricing Setup page.

    3. Reduce the number of months in the download period as a temporary fix.  

  3. Check Configuration

    1. Ensure the setup is enabled.

    2. Confirm usernames, passwords, and site codes are correct.

    3. Make sure “Auto Download” is enabled for sites.  

  4. Manual Download Option

    1. You can manually trigger a pricing download for testing via the Hoseasons Park Prices page.  

Notes

  • The system handles “no pricing details” errors gracefully and won’t fail the job queue for this.

  • Downloaded pricing is stored with full details for reference.

  • You can configure download periods for flexibility.  

When to Escalate

Contact Elite Dynamics Support if:

  • The job queue keeps failing after restarts.

  • You see authentication or connectivity errors.

  • Reducing the download period doesn’t help.

  • You need help configuring pricing periods. Please provide error messages, screenshots, and details of what you’ve already tried.
