Moving Bookings Between Dates

Summary of the Issue

Need to move a booking to a new date? EliteParks offers two easy methods, but there are special rules for Hoseasons bookings. Here’s how to move bookings smoothly.  

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Booking Matrix Drag and Drop

    1. Go to the Booking Matrix page.

    2. Find your booking in the calendar, then drag it to the new date or location.

    3. Confirm the move when prompted.  

  2. Find Availability from Booking Page

    1. Open the booking and select “Find Availability.”

    2. Search for the new date range, pick the right unit, and confirm your choice.

    3. You’ll be asked whether to retain or update the Grade Code.  

Notes

  • Pricing is recalculated automatically when you move a booking.

  • The system checks availability before allowing the move.

  • Hoseasons bookings require direct contact with Hoseasons support for changes—system permissions prevent moving these without authorisation.  

When to Escalate

If you can’t move a booking:

  • Note the booking details and any error messages.

  • For Hoseasons bookings, contact Hoseasons support directly.

  • If you believe you have the right permissions but still can’t move a booking, contact Elite Dynamics Support with screenshots and a description of the issue.
