Create Customer from Booking

Feature Description

Create Customer from Booking allows users to create a customer record directly from a booking contact. This is useful where a booking contact needs to become a customer for invoicing, payment processing, or finance purposes. This can be automated through flagging the Booking Grade to create a customer when the booking is confirmed.

The feature helps reduce duplicate data entry by using the booking contact information as the basis for the customer record.

This feature functionality is only available in version 28.5 or later of EliteParks. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

Important

If no Customer Template is set on Booking Management Setup, the Create Customer button will not appear on the Booking Card.

• Create customers at the point they are needed – Users can create a customer directly from the Booking Card.

• Support booking invoicing – Helpful where the booking contact must be linked to invoices or meter charges.

• Reduce manual admin – Customer records can be created using existing booking contact details.
