We've introduced a series of enhancements to streamline the booking journey, reduce clicks, and provide users with more relevant information throughout the process. These improvements focus on making it easier to search for availability, manage allocations, prepare for guest arrivals and access key booking details without navigating between multiple screens.

What's Changed?

Improved Booking Visibility

A new Ready for Check-In status has been added to help teams quickly identify bookings that have completed the necessary pre-arrival steps and are ready for guest check-in. This provides better operational visibility and helps staff prioritise arrivals more efficiently.

Simplified Availability Search

The availability search experience has been streamlined, making it quicker and easier to find suitable units for guests. The enhanced search process reduces unnecessary steps and helps users locate available accommodation more efficiently.

Faster Allocation Management

Users can now move directly from a booking to the allocation matrix, allowing unit allocations to be reviewed and adjusted without navigating through multiple pages. This creates a smoother workflow when managing booking changes.

Additional Information at Your Fingertips

To provide greater context during the booking process, additional information is now displayed throughout the booking journey, including:

• The contact linked to a unit.

• Guest details within the Booking Matrix.

• Associated price plan information during allocation and selection.

This reduces the need to switch between records and helps users make informed decisions more quickly.

These enhancements help simplify day-to-day booking tasks by reducing navigation, improving visibility of booking information, and making key actions quicker to perform.
