The DocuSign integration within EliteParks enables users to send documents directly from the system to customers for electronic signature. This seamless integration streamlines the process of collecting signed agreements, contracts, and other important documents, which are then securely stored within EliteParks for easy retrieval. The feature supports both deal agreements (Sales Agreement, Private Sales Agreement, Deal Documents) and operational quotes (Plot Booking Form, Maintenance Job Quote, Service Job Quote) benefiting from enhanced tracking and monitoring capabilities. By digitising the signing process, organisations can accelerate deal closures, improve document security, and maintain a comprehensive record of all signed documents, reducing reliance on paper and manual filing systems.
