This feature requires you to have an environment with a licensed version of EliteParks/EliteMarinas on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User licence is required to be able to use this feature, you will also require the necessary permissions for the system.


Feature Description

EliteParks and EliteMarinas introduces the Walk Order feature, a customisable route sequence tool that aligns with the park’s or marina’s actual layout. With Walk Order, Customers can now organise and sort tasks based on the physical sequence of plots/berths rather than plot numbers, optimising the workflow and minimising time spent moving between tasks.

This allows you to filter based on the Walk Order for Meter Readings, Housekeeping Activities, Maintenance Jobs, Site Tasks and Safety Tests. This field is also available within EliteApps so that tasks from the App can also be filtered with Walk Order in mind.

Business Uses

  • You can utilise this feature with your Maintenance jobs, meter reading journals, housekeeping tasks, and safety tests, which can all now be organised by Walk Order, enabling teams to follow a logical route around the park or marina.

  • Data collection and task tracking become more manageable, reducing time spent manually reorganising lists or returning to missed plots/berths.

  • By sorting tasks in Walk Order, field staff spend less time walking between non-sequential plots, cutting down on travel time and improving productivity.
