Feature Description
Services Version & Archiving Quotes introduces version control for service quotes, allowing users to issue revised quote versions while retaining archived copies of previous versions.
This is useful when a customer requests changes to an existing service quote, such as adding additional work or revising the quoted scope. Users can issue a new version and compare it with earlier versions.
🔷 ImportantThis feature functionality is only available in version 28.5 or later of EliteParks. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

Track quote history – Each issued quote version can be retained for reference.
Manage customer changes – Revised service requirements can be added and issued as a new quote version.
Improve quote transparency – Users can compare previous and current versions from the Versions action.
