Owner API Payment Amendments

Feature Description

The Owner API Payment amendments introduces enhanced flexibility and control over payment processing within the Owner API. Previously, key payment configuration settings such as Payment Method Code, Outlet Code, and Till Number were only available at the global Owner API setup level. With this update, these settings can now be defined on a per-park basis, allowing for tailored configurations that reflect the operational needs of individual locations. Additionally, when processing payments via the Owner API, whether through POS items or invoice payments, the system will automatically assign the park code associated with the customer. If no park code is present on the customer record, the system will default to the park code specified in the Owner API setup. This ensures accurate allocation of transactions, improves reporting consistency, and supports multi-site operations with greater precision.

This feature functionality is only available in version 26.9 or later of EliteParks. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.
