Feature Description


The Opayo Payment Gateway Refunds feature allows users of EliteParks and EliteMarinas to process refunds directly through the system for payments made via Opayo. This eliminates the need to access external portals, saving time and reducing complexity. Users can select a partial or full refund amount and view clear indicators showing whether a refund has been actioned and the amount refunded. The process is streamlined, secure, and fully integrated, helping ensure accurate financial records, improved efficiency, and better customer service. This feature supports prompt resolution of cancellations, overpayments, or booking amendments with minimal administrative effort.

This feature functionality is only available in version 26.3 or later of EliteParks or EliteMarinas. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

This feature requires you to have an environment with a licenced version of EliteParks or EliteMarina’s on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User Licence is requrired to be able to use this feature, you will also require the necessary permissions for the system.

Opayo Payment Gateway Setup

To utilise this feature you must have an Opayo Payment Gateway setup within your environment.
