Feature Description

The Metric Pricing feature introduces a flexible and precise way to apply rental charges based on measurable dimensions, such as length in meters. This enhancement allows rental grades to be priced per metre, enabling operators to tailor charges more accurately to the physical characteristics of plots or units. Additionally, Metric Pricing can be used in conjunction with recurring charges, which may be linked to either plot length or unit length, offering a dynamic pricing model that reflects real-world usage. By aligning pricing with actual dimensions, Metric Pricing helps ensure fairness, transparency, and operational efficiency for both businesses and customers.
