The new Booking Matrix (Preview) is an advanced, interactive tool designed to revolutionise booking management for parks. The new Matrix provides a panoramic, scrollable view of bookings and availability across months and years maximising the screenspace available to get you the information you need. Users can apply intuitive filters for grade, fleet, number of nights and arrival or departure dates tailoring searches to suit every guests needs. The matrix enables direct booking creation, drag-and-drop management and multi-unit selection for linked or group reservations. Enhanced tooltips, colour-coded details, and expressive emojis make key information instantly accessible. There is now clearer offline booking indicators, event ribbons for key date reminders and information, plus customisable views ensuring the Matrix can become the hub of your booking operations. With powerful right-click actions, an innovative queue system with seamless export to Excel, the Booking Matrix (Preview) empowers teams to maximise occupancy, streamline workflows and deliver exceptional guest experiences. AI integration further supports upgrade campaigns and smarter decision-making, while personalised style profiles and advanced offline management offer granular control over every aspect of booking operations.

This feature functionality is only available in version 26.11 or later of EliteParks. It is also important to note this feature is behind a ‘Preview’ feature action within your Booking Management Setup. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.
