Feature Description

The Feefo Campaigns & Tags feature enhances the integration with Feefo by introducing the ability to add tags, which act as customer-determined attributes. These tags can be assigned by product and used to provoke targeted questions, making feedback collection more relevant and insightful. The tagging system also supports advanced reporting, enabling businesses to analyse feedback trends and identify areas for improvement. By leveraging tags, organisations can customise their engagement with customers, gather more meaningful data, and drive continuous improvement in products and services.
