Your on‑the‑go solution for managing jobs and tasks

EliteApps is a mobile, on‑the‑go solution designed to help you manage and complete your day‑to‑day jobs and tasks quickly and efficiently. Whether you are on site, on the move or away from your desk, EliteApps gives you instant access to the work assigned to you and your team, with simple actions to record progress, add comments and complete tasks.

When you open EliteApps, you are taken straight to your dashboard, where all available task types are listed. Each task type follows a consistent layout and behaviour, making the app easy to learn and use.

Understanding task views and tiles

For every task type in EliteApps, you can:

  • View your own tasks

  • Toggle to view team tasks using the switch at the top of the screen

Each task type includes the same set of tiles, which help you quickly find the work you need to focus on:

  • High Priority (Only applicable to Maintenance Jobs)
Any high‑priority jobs assigned to you (or to your team, when toggling team view).

  • To Do (All task areas)
Any jobs currently assigned to you (or to your team, when toggling team view).

  • Next 7 Days (All task areas)
Any jobs due in the next seven days for you to complete (or for your team, when toggling team view).

  • Completed (All task areas)
Any jobs you have completed, (or that your team have completed, when toggling team view).

  • All (All task areas)
All jobs assigned to you, excluding completed (or to your team, when toggling team view).

Selecting a tile shows the tasks behind it. Tapping a task opens the task details so you can carry out and complete the work.

Requests & Comments

For all job type areas you are able to submit comments and raise requests.

For comments the app uses EliteComments which sits on these record types that are passed through from the app. The functionality here even allows you to load multiple pictures if required:

Please note Elite Comments are only available with EliteApps V2 enabled.

For Requests, this utilises EliteRequests. You can setup EliteRequests which can then be dealt with by an assigned resource to help resolve, or you can use auto create options to move it straight into another task. Flag which EliteRequest types you want active for this area to keep lists short and avoid confusion.

Site tasks

Site tasks allow you to manage general tasks across your park or site.

When you open Site Tasks, you can switch between your own tasks and team tasks, and use the tiles to quickly identify what needs attention. Selecting a task opens the task form, where you can view:

  • Plot and unit information

  • Movement details (where you are moving from and to)

  • Unit Make and Model

  • A description of the task

You can add comments and photos using the speech bubble icon. The plus icon at the top of the screen provides access to additional information and the option to raise a request, for example to report an issue or trigger follow‑on work required.

To complete a site task simply select Complete at the bottom of the screen.

Safety tests

Safety tests use the same layout and navigation as site tasks, allowing you to switch between your own and team tasks and filter work using the standard tiles.

Opening a safety test displays:

  • Plot and unit details

  • Certificate number

  • Previous test date

To complete a safety test, you must:

  • Enter the test date

  • Select the next test date using the calendar

  • Enter the certificate number

Comments and photos can be added using the speech bubble icon. From the plus icon, you can view additional information or raise a request, for example if maintenance work is required following the test.

Maintenance jobs

Maintenance jobs allow you to manage and record maintenance work efficiently while on site.

As with all task types, you can toggle between your own and team maintenance jobs and use the tiles to filter tasks by priority and due date. Opening a maintenance job shows key information including:

  • Key number

  • Plot, unit and park details

  • Permission to enter status

You can add comments and photos, and access additional information or requests from the plus icon.

Maintenance jobs also include a time log feature. You can start the timer when work begins and pause it when finished. Once the job is completed, the logged time is sent back to the Elite Park system.

Services

Service tasks follow the same consistent structure, allowing you to view your own or team services and filter them using the standard tiles.

When you open a service task, you can:

  • Add comments and photos

  • Open the task list to view individual tasks assigned to the service

Tasks in the list can be ticked off individually as they are completed. Once all required actions are finished, the service can be completed with a simple confirmation. Additional information and requests are available from the top action bar.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping tasks are managed in the same way as services, with the ability to switch between your own and team tasks and filter them using the tiles.

Housekeeping tasks include:

  • A task list for individual housekeeping actions

  • A time log to record time spent on the job

You can add comments and photos, complete individual tasks as they are finished, and raise requests if further work is needed. Completing a Housekeeping task requires confirmation within the app that all Task items are resolved.

Meter readings

Meter readings allow you to record usage quickly and accurately while on site.

You can view your own or team meter reading tasks and use the tiles to identify readings that are due. Opening a meter reading shows:

  • Plot and unit details

  • Previous Read Date and Previous reading value

  • Movement

You can enter the new reading value directly. When you select Complete, the app prompts you to confirm the reading. Comments and photos, such as images of the meter, can also be added if required.

Inspections

Inspections use the same familiar layout as all other task types, allowing you to switch between your own and team inspections and filter them using the tiles.

When you open an inspection, you can:

  • Work through the inspection task list, ticking off items individually

  • Add comments and photos where needed

  • Raise Requests directly from the inspection if follow‑up work is required

When completing an inspection, you must select a reason code from a drop‑down list configured in the Elite Park system before confirming completion.
