Enhancement Overview
Elite Comments is a centralised commenting system that allows users to add text-based notes and attach pictures directly against records throughout the system. Whether you're working on a Maintenance Job, Inspection, Site Task, Safety Test, Meter Reading, Service Job, or Housekeeping Activity, Elite Comments provides a consistent and unified way to capture and view commentary and supporting images all in one place.
Each comment records the user who created it and supports multiple picture attachments (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF), making it easy to document issues, progress, or observations with visual evidence. Comments and their pictures can be viewed, added, or exported at any time from the relevant record card or list page.
This feature is currently only part of the EliteApps V2 setup and is available when EliteApps is enabled in your environment.
How It Works
Adding comments is simple, hitting the new button you’ll be able to record a new entry and choose to attach one or more image attachements. Each comment is saved against the relevant record and includes the comment text and the user who created it.
Images are stored securely alongside the comment and linked back automatically. Users can upload multiple images at once, and the system clearly shows how many pictures are attached to each comment. If a comment is removed, any related images are cleaned up automatically.

Elite Comments helps teams keep all notes, discussions, and visual context directly against the records they relate to. Instead of relying on emails, Teams messages, or separate documents, users can quickly see what’s been discussed, who said it, and when.
The ability to attach multiple images makes it easier to explain issues, share evidence, or provide clarity without long explanations. This improves collaboration and reduces back‑and‑forth interactions.
