Enhancement Overview
This enhancement introduces a new permission toggle within the ’My Elite Setup’ that allows you to control whether deal documents are visible within My Elite. It provides greater control over what customers can access through the app. This is useful for managing document visibility during the lifecycle of a deal.
How It Works
A new toggle has been added to the Permissions section of ‘My Elite Setup’ to manage document visibility in My Elite.
When enabled, deal documents linked to a customer’s deal are visible within My Elite
When disabled, deal documents are hidden and cannot be accessed through the app
This operates as a behavioural permission, meaning it controls what users can see within the application.
