Feature Description

Version 26 introduces the Sales Order Agent, an AI-powered Copilot feature designed to automate the sales order-taking process. Operating through a shared company mailbox, the agent autonomously manages the entire workflow: from receiving customer item requests via email, identifying the customer, drafting sales quotes, verifying item availability, sending quotes for approval, to converting approved quotes into sales orders and dispatching them to customers. This intelligent automation streamlines sales operations, reduces manual effort, and enhances overall efficiency.
