Waterways Integration

Feature Description

The Waterways Integration module in EliteParks provides a one-way synchronisation of availability and pricing data with the external Waterways booking platform. This integration ensures that your park’s availability and pricing are accurately reflected on Waterways, helping to maintain consistency and improve visibility for potential guests.

The integration is managed through the Waterways Setup interface, where users can configure API credentials, assign park identifiers, and enable or disable the connection. It supports real-time updates via event subscriptions and includes bulk synchronisation options for manual updates across date ranges.

Please note: This is a one-way integration. Bookings cannot be created or cancelled via Waterways and must be managed directly within EliteMarinas. Grade mapping is included to ensure internal booking grades align correctly with Waterways boat names.
