Enhancement Overview

This enhancement introduces a streamlined Self Onboarding experience for MyElite, bringing all key setup, registration, and configuration actions into a single, centralised page. It simplifies the onboarding process by reducing the number of steps required, improving visibility of system status and automating key elements.

How It Works

The updated MyElite Setup page now acts as a central hub for onboarding, allowing users to:

• Access and manage all key MyElite settings in one place

• Register the operator and update registration details

• Navigate directly to related setup areas without needing to search across the system

Additional enhancements include:

• Automatic Account Creation

  • Users can enable an option to automatically create and register customer accounts during onboarding, reducing manual setup effort

• Clear Registration Prompts

  • If MyElite is not yet registered, the system clearly notifies the user

  • Users can start the registration process directly from the setup page

• Safe Reset Functionality

  • When resetting MyElite:

    • The system first disables MyElite and Plug & Play

    • It then safely clears stored login and registration details

This enhancement makes getting started with MyElite much quicker and more intuitive by guiding you through setup from a single location, rather than requiring you to navigate multiple areas of the system. It reduces manual effort by automatically creating and registering customer accounts, while also clearly indicating when registration is required so you can take action immediately.

The safer reset process helps avoid configuration issues, and with branding applied during setup, your environment is ready to use from day one, saving time, improving accuracy and creating a smoother onboarding experience overall.
