The Play it Green integration allows guests to support environmental sustainability as part of their booking journey by contributing towards tree planting and climate‑positive initiatives. This integration connects your Elite system directly with Play it Green, automatically handling purchases made by guests and reporting them back to Play it Green, with no manual intervention required.

It’s a simple, meaningful way to enhance your ESG strategy while giving guests an easy opportunity to make a positive environmental impact.

How It Works

We’ve completely streamlined the onboarding process so you can get up and running in just a few clicks, with no complex setup or lengthy configuration. From the setup page, all actions are available in one place to create your extras, automatically apply pricing, and add the relevant extra templates into your grades.

Once enabled, Play it Green options are seamlessly built into the booking flow, allowing guests to select a contribution during booking. The purchase is automatically recorded in your Elite system, securely sent to Play it Green via an API connection in the background, and the environmental impact is then logged as trees are planted, without any manual intervention from your team.
