The My Elite Permissions feature provides a simple and centralised way to control what customers can see and do within the My Elite portal. From a single Permissions section on the My Elite Setup page, administrators can enable or disable access to features across key areas such as Owners, Memberships, Bookings and Activities.

Designed to be intuitive and quick to manage, permissions are displayed in a clear, structured list, allowing you to make instant changes with minimal setup effort. With global defaults applied across your system, you can confidently manage access at scale while still allowing flexibility for specific park or account-level adjustments where needed.

How It Works

The Permissions section acts as a central control panel for your My Elite portal, allowing you to define what functionality is available to your customers.

There are group areas for the permissions, including:

• Owners – such as viewing invoices, making payments, and updating profiles

• Memberships – managing membership-related functionality

• Bookings – handling guests, notes, and payments

• Activities – accessing activity-related features

With the permissions being presented in a clear, indented checklist structure, it is easy to manage related features together.

• Each permission has a simple allow toggle, enabling you to quickly turn features on or off

• Changes apply instantly, with no additional save step required

• All permissions are enabled by default, reducing initial setup effort

• Disabling a parent category automatically disables all related sub-options, saving time and ensuring consistency
