Multiple Assign Contractors

Enhancement Overview

This enhancement introduces the ability to assign a contractor to multiple owners at once directly from the Owners List. It streamlines the process of linking contractors to owners by allowing users to select multiple records and apply the assignment in a single action, reducing repetitive manual work.

How It Works

From the Owners List (or Berth Holders List):

• Users can select one or more customer records.

• Clicking Assign Contractor (Multiple) opens a contractor selection dialog.

• After choosing a contractor, the system prompts the user to confirm that the contractor should be assigned to all selected owners.

Once confirmed:

• The system processes each selected customer.

• For each one, it creates an Owner Contractor link record connecting the owner to the selected contractor.
