Feature Description

The new Booking Confirmation Dataset Improvements adds additional fields to the dataset, enabling you to include related activity details on your booking confirmation documents. This enhancement ensures customers receive complete and clear information about their bookings, improving communication and streamlining operational processes.

🔷 Important

This feature functionality is only available in version 25.3 or later of EliteParks or EliteMarinas. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

EliteParks/EliteMarinas Licence

This feature requires you to have an environment with a licenced version of EliteParks or EliteMarina’s on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User Licence is requrired to be able to use this feature, you will also require the necessary permissions for the system.

Custom Report Layout Administration

To utilise these new fields in your confirmation you will need to make changes to the chosen layout for your booking confirmation.
