Description

EliteParks or EliteMarinas

This feature requires you to have an environment with a licensed version of EliteParks/EliteMarinas on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User licence is required to be able to use this feature, as well as the necessary permissions for the system.

Feature Description

EliteParks and EliteMarinas has now an added the ‘Prohibit Contact’ feature, allowing users to flag contacts with a history of negative experiences to prevent future interactions. Once a contact is marked as “Prohibited” the system restricts new business activities, including deals and bookings, with that individual. For added flexibility, authorised users can override this restriction if necessary, maintaining controlled exceptions.

This feature enhances customer management and supports a safer, more controlled business environment, optimising both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Business Uses

  • By preventing repeat business with flagged contacts, parks can reduce the risk of recurring issues, ensuring smoother operations and minimising potential disputes.

  • Easily track and manage customer interactions by identifying individuals with prior negative history, supporting informed decision-making around customer engagement.

  • The override option allows for operational flexibility, empowering managers or senior staff to assess and proceed with specific contacts as needed.
