New Rental Matrix

Feature Description

The Rental Matrix (Preview) gives parks a faster, more intuitive way to plan and manage rental bookings. With a wide, scrollable timeline that makes it easy to view availability across days, weeks, or seasons, teams can instantly see occupancy, booking details, and key operational information, all in one unified view.

Powerful filters help you quickly find the right rentals by grade, location, date range, agent type, or booking status. Create, adjust, or move bookings directly on the matrix using simple drag‑and‑drop actions, while styles to highlight rental booking details, tooltips, and visual alerts highlight availability, pricing considerations, and conditions that matter most. Built‑in right‑click actions, integrated booking operations, and an efficient queue system streamline workflows, reducing clicks and giving teams far more control without needing to open booking cards. Enhanced controls allow users to take units offline, update pricing, refresh data, and configure layouts to suit their workflow.

This feature functionality is only available in version 27.5 or later of EliteParks. It is also important to note this feature is currently in ‘Preview’. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

Business Uses

• Maximising Occupancy and Revenue - Operational teams can identify gaps in availability and create bookings directly from the matrix, using drag-and-select or right-click actions. This enables quick filling of vacant slots, optimising occupancy and boosting revenue without manual searching.
