Mandatory POS Invoice Payments

Feature Description

Mandatory POS Invoice Payments allows businesses to automatically route selected payments through the Invoice & Pay process. Instead of relying on staff to remember to tick the Invoice & Pay option, the system can force invoice payments at booking level, service level, or for specific POS items.

This helps ensure invoice-led processes are followed consistently, particularly where finance or operational policy requires certain transactions to always generate a formal invoice.
