Feature Description

The Maintenance Matrix (Preview) introduces a new, matrix-based way of viewing and managing maintenance activity across your parks or marinas. It provides a clearer, more structured overview of maintenance work, helping teams quickly understand what work is planned, in progress, or outstanding. With helpful features such as Date Instructions and options to swap between a unit view or resource view, the maintenance matrix is here to help you get ontop of your maintenance jobs.

This preview is part of our wider move towards modern matrix layouts across Elite, designed to improve visibility, consistency and future scalability while giving customers early access to what’s coming next.

Business Uses

  • Get a clear overview of maintenance workload - The Maintenance Matrix allows teams to see maintenance activity in a single, structured view, making it easier to understand workload across assets, areas, or time periods. This helps identify gaps, overlaps, or areas under pressure without needing to drill into multiple records.

  • Plan and prioritise maintenance more effectively - By presenting maintenance tasks in a matrix format, teams can more easily compare planned and outstanding work side by side. This supports better prioritisation, helping ensure critical maintenance is identified quickly and resources are allocated more effectively.

  • Prepare for future maintenance improvements - As a preview feature, the Maintenance Matrix gives customers early insight into the future direction of maintenance management in Elite. It provides a foundation for upcoming enhancements, while allowing users to familiarise themselves with the new structure and provide feedback that helps shape future development.
