Feature Description

Key Management adds a robust layer of security and accountability to EliteParks by enabling the signing in and out of keys against specific units. Each key transaction is recorded with details such as the key number and the individual responsible for signing it out, with PIN authorisation required for added security. Keys can be managed from both the main page and the unit view, providing flexibility and ease of use. This feature ensures that there is always a clear record of who has access to each unit, reducing the risk of lost or misused keys and supporting operational audits.

This feature functionality is only available in version 27.2 or later of EliteParks. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.
