Feature Description

The new Future Booking Warning feature alerts users if a unit being sold has future bookings attached, including those requiring income recognition. This ensures greater visibility during the sales process and helps prevent issues related to double booking or incomplete financial processing.

This feature functionality is only available in version 25.4 or later of EliteParks or EliteMarinas. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.

EliteParks/EliteMarinas Licence

This feature requires you to have an environment with a licenced version of EliteParks or EliteMarina’s on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User Licence is requrired to be able to use this feature, you will also require the necessary permissions for the system.

Deal Management Setup

This feature requires you to toggle the option on within your Deal Management setup.
