Feature Description

EliteBilling is a comprehensive billing management solution designed to unify all billing activities within EliteParks. By enabling EliteBilling, organisations can eliminate the need for multiple, fragmented billing routines and instead manage everything from a single, centralised location. This feature supports billing entries for maintenance jobs, service memberships, recurring charges, and seasonal billing activities, ensuring that all invoicing requirements are handled efficiently. EliteBilling streamlines the entire billing process, offering prebill reports for better financial oversight and the ability to view billing entries that have not yet been invoiced on specialised statements. Additionally, users can combine multiple items into a single invoice, reducing paperwork and simplifying customer communications.

❕Note

This feature when enabled prevents the use of traditional inviocing routines such as ‘Site Fee - Invoicing’, this is because EliteBilling handles the the full end to end process for these routines with ‘Billing Entries’.
