Feature Description
EliteParks & EliteMarnias offers a simplified process for handling Drain Down and Drain Up services. The new features include Capacity Management, which ensures adequate resources are allocated for each booking, preventing overbooking and promoting efficient service delivery. Additionally, the system supports Prepayment, requiring payment in advance for services.
Configuring the Drain Down management from your Park Management Setup will allow you to utilise the Drain Up/Down POS routine where you can take payments for customers booking Drain Downs. Manage capacity for the team using the Drain Down Calendar and get Maintenance Jobs created as soon as payment is taken.
Need to defer your Drain Up? No problem, you can easily do this from the Drain Up/Down POS screen and book these in at a later date.

Business Uses
The feature enables Drain Down services to be managed, ensuring that there is sufficient capacity available to complete the work ahead of taking the request from the owner.
Manage both sides of the Drain Down and Drain Up process. Importantly allowing you to defer the Drain Up process if date for this is not yet able to be provided by the Owner.
Payments can be taken in advance of the service being carried out. This helps to avoid any chasing of the payment.
With a job card being created within EliteParks, this enables the maintenance team to manage their jobs day to day.
