Enhancement Overview

We’ve introduced the ability to create Deals directly from Memberships within EliteParks.

This enhancement allows users to move seamlessly from managing a membership to initiating a related deal, reducing the need to manually recreate customer and context information. By linking these processes, it improves efficiency and ensures a more connected workflow between memberships and sales activities.

How It Works

When working within a Membership, you can now use the action from the home ribbon to create a Deal directly from the membership record. This carrys forward the customer detail and information and can be managed through the standard deal lifecycle.

Why Is It Useful?

Creating a Deal for a Membership customer required starting a new Deal separately and manually linking or re-entering relevant details.

This enhancement streamlines that process by enabling deal creation directly from the membership itself. It reduces duplication, saves time and ensures that important customer and membership context is retained throughout the sales process.

It is particularly useful for parks that regularly convert membership activity into sales opportunities, helping teams respond faster and manage opportunities more effectively.
