Feature Description
To help with the processing of Deals, we have added the Validate Deal and Validate Submit functionality. These buttons will run the validation checks to ensure that the Deal can be submitted and completed. In addition we’ve also added a ‘Refresh Deal’ function, which will allow any updates made to the unit after it’s been added to Deal to be refreshed without the need for a user to manually remove and reattach the unit or vessel.
Business Uses
When a unit’s or vessel’s details are amended, for example the cost of the unit has been adjusted, the refresh button allows the automatic update of a unit without manually removing and re-adding the unit.
When preparing a deal to be submitted, a salesperson can quickly run the Validate processes to ensure that the deal is in a fit state to be completed/submitted. This should prevent issues from being found by the processing team when the deal is completed.
