Feature Description
With this release we’ve added functionality in the form of Deal Recurring Charges. This feature simplifies the management of recurring billings for deal records allowing you to store these charges against your plot or berth deals. It supports flexible invoicing with custom amounts, multiple charges per deal, and the option to combine charges into a single invoice. Recurring charges can be set for specific timeframes so that you can manage time based invoicing helping to streamline the billing processes with a wealth of posting options and customisation for your recurring charges.

Business Uses
This feature can help you automate recurring invoices for long-term deals and customise charges for individual deals to allow for complete management of this process.
You can choose to group multiple charges into one invoice for customer convenience, or produce invoices for each period in advance. Customers can manage subscription-like payments with defined time limits, with the charge detail line from the deal updating when the charge was last invoiced to prevent repeat/duplicate invoicing.
