POS Posting Time Zone

Prev Next

Feature Description

The POS Posting Time Zone feature introduces a vital enhancement to transaction accuracy within the Point of Sale module. Now available under the Park Management setup, this setting allows users to define a specific time zone for POS postings via the dedicated fast tab. It applies to both manual transactions and those processed through the API. When a time zone is specified, the system will use that zone’s local date and time for posting; if left blank, it will default to the user’s settings or UTC for API-based transactions. By aligning transaction timestamps with local operating hours, this feature improves financial reporting accuracy and simplifies reconciliation.

🔷 Important

This feature functionality is only available in version 26.8 or later of EliteParks or EliteMarinas. View which version you are on in the Extension Management view within Business Central.
