Costing Factbox

Feature Description

The Costing Factbox introduces enhanced visibility of budget information directly within purchase documents and project-related transactions. This allows users to clearly see available budget limits and understand how each transaction will impact those budgets in real time. This feature leverages the functionality of Budgets and Projects from within business central.

By surfacing this information within the document experience, users can make more informed decisions before posting, helping to prevent overspending and maintain better financial control. The same functionality extends to project dimensions, enabling users to track and manage budget usage when posting costs against projects.

The new Costing Factbox is available against Purchase Quotes, Purchase Orders, Purchase Invoice, Purchase Credit Memo and Blanket Purchase Order.
