EliteParks or EliteMarinas

This feature requires you to have an environment with a licensed version of EliteParks/EliteMarinas on your tenant.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential Licence

A Dynamics 365 User licence is required to be able to use this feature, as well as the necessary permissions for the system.

Setup in Park Management

Within Park Management you must specifiy the Payment Method code alongside the Journal Batch and Journal Template to be able to use this feature.

Eliteparks user setup Toggle

Within EliteParks User Setup, there are permission requirements to be able to action Contact Credits.


Feature Description

Contact Credits is a versatile Point of Sale tool that allows businesses to record and manage a credit balance for individual contacts. This credit balance can be applied to offset costs associated with existing or future records, activities, or transactions. By implementing this feature, organisations can streamline their billing processes and offer flexible payment solutions for their customers. This feature can currently be used with Bookings which has a new flowfield called ‘Available Credit Amount’ which will display any credit payments registered to that contact.



Business Uses

  • This feature can be used to easily apply a voucher balance to a contact record, that can be used when making a future booking.

  • With the ability to assign reason codes to the credit lines you can also easily report on the contact credit reasons in order to analyse the information.
