Feature Description
Microsoft Copilot in Business Central is an AI-powered assistant designed to enhance creativity, boost productivity, and eliminate repetitive tasks. It simplifies data analysis by allowing users to express insights in natural language, helping them quickly identify trends and anomalies without needing to manually construct analysis views. For example, users can request insights like “show me Job Types by Park grouped by Job Status”.
Enhanced control, enabling easy manual adjustments and navigation through analysis history, this makes data analysis faster, more intuitive, and adaptable for users.
Business Uses
Analysis views are available from any list view in the system, meaning you can run this against General Ledger Entries all the way through to your Completed Deal lists.
With this feature update there is increased flexibility, allowing analysis to use all fields, even hidden columns. This means you can get your analysis of bookings or maintenance jobs even more detailed and specific.
Utilise the functionality by creating a “Revenue by Grade” or “Job Types by Park” analysis from your bookings or maintenance jobs, that you can share quickly and easily with the team to help you keep track of key statistics and figures.
