Feature Description
Developing further on the current interaction capabilities within EliteParks, we have now added functionality that allows you to email interactions direct from the system both singularly and in bulk. This new functionality provides users a simple way to get documents and communications out to customers. With templates for emails and attachments this functionality also logs all interactions against the contact record for full visibility. This option is a feature that is enabled through ‘Lead Management Setup’.

Business Uses
This feature could be used to send bulk communication to owners, for example a communication about a potential power outage due to works on site. Utilising the Bulk send via your Interaction Journal will allow you to filter in your chosen customers you want to communicate too.
This can also be used within Deals or Completed Deals to send out documentation, welcome letters and many more.
