EliteParks


EliteUtilities

With the release of EliteUtilities we have added the integration support within EliteParks. Specifically designed for parks and marinas, EliteUtilities uses SMART electricity, gas & water metering technology to help streamline maintenance tasks and processes. EliteUtilities automatically sends meter readings to your system, eliminating the need to take manual readings saving you significant amounts of time. Your owners can also pay online and in advance for their energy or water usage, reducing the need for you to chase and collect utility payments. Our partners meters can easily be fitted to existing installations or installed on new units, across parks and marinas of all sizes, so there are no barriers to bringing your park or marina up-to-date with the latest SMART metering technology.


Reservations


Improved Change Log

We have improved the change log record keeping for Bookings by adding in tracking of both vehicles and guests’ tables so that all areas of the booking are auditable. The Change Log is available directly from the Booking card, so you can view all of these amendments as long as these tables have been included within your ‘Change Log Setup’.


Hoseasons Statement Reconciliation

To assist with reconciliation for your Hoseasons bookings, we have implemented a Booking Agent Payment Journal which allows you to import your Hoseasons statement csv file. This action allows you to streamline the reconciliation process when you receive the monies for your Hoseasons bookings at the end of the month.


Park Management


Maintenance Job and Business Central Jobs Dimension Creation

You are now able to create Maintenance Jobs as dimension values. Utilising this as a dimension value, you can then create views to analyse the jobs in much greater detail using ‘Analysis View’. We have also added the ability to create standard Business Central Jobs as a Dimension Value.


Maintenance Job Packages

Maintenance Packages allow you to create multiple jobs under a single template. You can assign these to customers and quickly create jobs that can then be actioned. In addition, there can be a single job raised for the invoicing of all the tasks as opposed to each job individually being invoiced.


Park Maps on Role Centres

To help streamline the way in which users navigate around the system, access to Park Maps now falls under the general tab on a number of the EliteParks role centres.


Oversized Unit Plotting

With this update we have added a toggle option so you can now allow for units to be moved onto plots of any size. This option is now within ‘Park Management Setup’ to specify that units of a larger size can be moved onto a plot that is smaller than the unit dimensions.


Create Deal Site Tasks

You can now control whether the creation of site tasks take place for Trade Deals and Park Leavers through toggles available in ‘Deal Management Setup’. We have also added the flexibility to control the point when site tasks for a deal are created and confirmed with options now also in Deal Management Setup.


New List View for Safety Tests

We have added a view of ‘Safety Tests’ to help operational teams see at a quick glance the safety tests currently active across their units. This view will show the current Safety test status, meaning you no longer need to filter on archive entries to find this information.


Finance


New VAT Calculation Method

We now support an additional VAT calculation method of ‘Removable Contents Percentage Uplift’. In this update we now have this additional VAT method available from the drop-down on the Park card which can be selected as required.


Owners


Include Closed Entries on the Customer Statement

We have added the option when running the Statement report to allow users to include ‘Closed Entries’ as part of the report. This means you can easily produce a full statement that includes all transactions on a customer’s account.


Enhanced Interactions

Developing further on the current interaction capabilities within EliteParks, we have now added functionality that allows you to email interactions direct from the system both singularly and in bulk. This new functionality provides users a simple way to get documents and communications out to customers. With templates for emails and attachments this functionality also logs all interactions against the contact record for full visibility. This option is a feature that is enabled through ‘Lead Management Setup’.


Customer Leaving Process/Finished Deals Process

With this update we are releasing a major development to the Customer leaving process within EliteParks. Actions like ‘Buy-Backs’ now have a number of related links from the ribbon to view Unposted Sales Invoices or Credits as well as any open Maintenance Jobs for the customer that the Buy Back is being completed with. In addition, there are process actions to view a Customer Balance Statement, Create Closing Meter Readings and Invoice Meter Readings. You are also able to action a Disconnection Invoice if you have setup the template lines for the required Sales Invoice. This enhancement means that a number of leaving process/’Finish’ actions can be done directly from the relevant card, rather than having to navigate to these pages/tasks individually. It will also give the user warnings as the process is completed, if there are outstanding maintenance jobs that could be invoiced, as an example, meaning the user will not miss an opportunity to close an account down without collecting all possible relevant income.


Sales & Leads


Added Finished Type to the Authorised Finished Deals

To improve visibility when viewing ‘Authorised Finished Deals’, we have added a column for ‘Type of Deal’, so it is easier to manage the tasks required. Alternative list views can then be saved with filters for different deal types to help with managing working lists for users completing these types of Deal.


Added Lead Source Fields to Deal Stacker and Completed Deal Card

In this update, we have enhanced the functionality of our ‘Deal Stacker’ and ‘Completed Deal Card’ by introducing ‘Lead Source Fields’. These new fields enable users to better track and manage the sources of their leads and gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of their lead generation efforts.


Housekeeping


Assigning Housekeeping Linen

To help streamline the way that Linen Templates are applied, we have expanded a hierarchy system that means it only needs to be defined at the lowest required level rather than on to every unit or plot. This means that from Housekeeping Management Setup, the Park Card, Unit or Plot Type and the Booking Grade you are now able to assign a template against each level. With the hierarchy you can then easily choose the granular point where you need to determine the Linen Template required, for example the booking grade, and this will apply to all units against that Grade.


Housekeeping Tasks for Incoming Units

Housekeeping tasks for incoming units such as essential cleaning and maintenance activities that need to be performed before new owners or guests move into a New Unit. These tasks are crucial for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the occupants and play a significant role in making a positive first impression. With this feature you can now have housekeeping tasks generated for incoming units, whether that be a new unit or one from a Buy Back or Part Exchange.

Partner Integrations


Zonal Integration

As we continue to expand our integrations, we have added support for Zonal Integration into our standard product. Zonal provides Electronic Point of Sale hardware and software to allow you to take payments and analyse payment data through detailed reporting.


Opayo NetGuardian Integration

We have now added support for Opayo NetGuardian within our standard EliteParks product. Opayo provides online payment processing that can be integrated with EliteParks to allow for the collection of payments in EliteParks, utilising your Opayo Payment Gateway.


Rentals United Integration Improvements

As we work further with our available connections, we have now improved a number of aspects with our Rentals United integration. These include price sync stability, streamlining onboarding for customers and now support with Rentals bookings when using our Booking Inventory process.


Rentals United Plot Full Stay Pricing

As we continue to improve and develop our existing integrations, we have now added support for Plot Full Stay Pricing for our Rentals United Integration.


EliteApps


Arcade Meter Readings

We have expanded the capabilities of our EliteApps product by adding the Arcade Collection Readings to the available tasks that can be completed with the App. This allows you to sync your Arcade Collection Journal, so that an EliteApps user can complete the meter reading process & this uploads to EliteParks, without the need to enter it manually.


Maintenance Invoicing Lines

In this update we have developed on the current Maintenance Job capabilities via EliteApps by adding the ability to assign Invoice Lines from the app. The setup allows you to create template invoice lines that can be used in EliteApps to be applied quickly when your team are on the go. This can help speed up invoicing and get the detail added by the team doing the job as they do it, rather than relying on comment lines to direct the admin team to parts used/required, labour etc.


EliteFinance


Share data analysis views with your team

Data analysis mode lets you calculate and analyse data directly from a list page without having to run a report or switch to another application, such as Excel. After you’ve prepared an analysis on a tab, you can easily communicate your findings with your colleagues by sharing a link to the tab.


Improved Error Messaging

Business Central validates data to improve its accuracy and reliability. When there’s an error, Business Central shows a small validation dialog to inform you. We’ve added actions on validation dialogs that take you to the problem so you can fix it, or have Business Central fix it for you when possible. The clear and actionable information in validation messages helps you quickly resolve errors, allowing you to complete the task in hand more efficiently.


Quicker Record Details from Lookup Fields

This feature allows the user to use less clicks to get to record details when using drop downs. The ‘Show Details’ action is available in lookup dialogs to quickly access information about related records on every page. A keyboard shortcut of Ctrl + Alt + Down (arrow) is also available to use this feature.


Personalise and Design UI Changes

This feature allows customers to make fields both editable and non-editable directly in the user interface. This adds to the existing simplification capabilities such as hiding or moving fields on a page. As with all customisations, the option can be reversed. The feature can be set at user, profile, or organisation level, to optimise pages for readability and efficient data entry.


Data loads faster in the server

Improving the data loading speed on the server benefits all usage scenarios, including web service integrations, background jobs, and interactive sessions.


Get more information about Effective Permissions  

It’s important that Business Central grants the right level of access to business data, so admins need to be able to verify the permissions that their users have. To give administrators deeper insight, the ‘Effective Permissions’ page shows the source of permissions and the applied security filters.


Add More Columns to Pages for Better Insight

This feature expands on the personalisation tool to allow users to use the ‘Description 2’ field on more pages, and to also allow the field to be added to list view pages.


Edit in Excel on Item Journals and Warehouse Worksheets

This feature expands the ‘Edit in Excel’ functionality to other types of Item Journals and Warehouse Worksheets. Records can be opened in Excel, edited, and the changes published back to Business Central.


Distinguish between browser tabs when multitasking

In this wave, Business Central helps to distinguish one open window from the next, making it easier to switch context. Context where the tab name reflects the current records, page or view no matter how you navigated to that page. Readability where the tab name has been trimmed of all secondary information. Current where the tab is automatically updated while you navigate within the web client.


Navigate easier between order, receipt, and invoice documents

Sales, purchase, service orders and returns aren’t standalone. They’re almost always followed by posted shipments, receipts, invoices, and credit memos. To provide insight into the documents associated with an order, you can quickly access posted documents directly from an order or return.


Enhancements to Excel add-in

This feature addresses feedback to Microsoft about the reliability of the Excel add-in in specific use cases. Dimensions are now included on more pages when using the ‘Edit in Excel’ feature and the accuracy of filters has been increased when data is transferred from BC to Excel. We have improved reliability and performance of data refresh and publish through the latest OData V4 technology.


Inventory


Identify and track items easier with Item References

Inventory management is now improved by allowing the user to see the Item Reference No field on more tables and pages. For example, the Item Journal and the Item Reclassification Journal. In addition, you can also now see a separate Item Reference table to view all the references setup in your environment.


Purchase Ledger


Added Expected VAT Amount to Purchase Orders and Quote Pages

This addition provides users with valuable information regarding the expected VAT for their transactions on both Purchase Orders and Quotes, this helps improve transparency and facilitates more accurate PO/PQ creation.


EliteCRM


Enhanced Web Lead Integration for EliteParks & EliteCRM

The Web Lead Integration to EliteCRM empowers you to capture web leads for almost any source. Previously customers on EliteCRM Gold were only able to utilise the Owner API for lead generation into EliteParks. With this new enhancement both EliteCRM Gold & Diamond customers can bring new Leads in from any source, including Facebook Lead Ads, using tools such as Zapier and the standard Dynamics 365 Web API. All standard lead fields can be captured, including initial Lead comments, with the ability to bolt on automation for automatic setting of Park Code, Salespeople and Lead Source Codes.


EliteDealers


Managing Transport, Delivery & Collection

We’ve now added the ability to manage the delivery and collection of all units leaving the factory or your dealership. This enhancement will allow you to record driver information, as well as driver signature, at both the collection and delivery locations.
